Description

• Receive the daily jobs from departments and execute the tasks after approval from the Supervisor

• Arrange the required tools / gadgets to perform the job

• Review and understand the nature of job and make sequence of tasks to execute the tasks

• Ensure that the job execution is started timely and also completed within given timeframe

• Perform the job as per the standards or work instructions

• Look for the required material and coordinate with Supervisor for its timely arrangement

• Receive satisfaction note from the concerned department on the job order

• Report to Supervisor for job completion and mark the completion time

• Ensure that either the tools and gadgets are to be kept at specified place or move them to next job execution

• Review the previous day’s pending tasks and receive the new tasks received

• Prepare log of all the air-conditioning units installed at plant site offices and admin block offices

• Plan and execute the ACs service maintenance as per the specified frequency

• Record and maintain repair log of all the units

• To cater the urgent need of the spares, identify the crucial spares needed alongwith quantity at stores
