Job Title: Financial Analyst 

Location: Pakistan/United Arab Emirates

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include evaluating proposals for working capital debt financing and private equity investments. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modelling skills, a deep understanding of debt and equity financing structures, and the ability to assess financial risks and opportunities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate proposals for working capital debt financing and private equity investments.
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling, including cash flow projections, scenario analysis, and valuation assessments.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and investment memos to support decision-making processes.
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with proposed financing or investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data and insights for financial analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of existing investments or financing arrangements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes impacting debt and equity markets.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
  • Proven experience Plus in financial analysis, particularly in evaluating proposals for working capital debt financing and private equity investments.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling techniques and software (Excel, financial modelling tools).
  • Solid understanding of debt and equity financing structures, including debt service coverage ratios, leverage ratios, and equity valuation methods.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to debt and equity investments.
