Description
Company Overview:
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients across various industries via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or HubSpot to manage and qualify leads
- Understand and clearly communicate Markeltree’s service offerings to prospects
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect information
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and outreach sequences
- Track outreach performance and continually optimize messaging for better conversion
- Fresh Grads with good communication OR – years of experience in a sales, or business development role
- Familiarity with outbound sales strategies, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with KPIs
- A genuine interest in technology, digital services, and helping clients find the right solutions

Job Specification
Markeltree is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Appointment Setter in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require sales development, representative, strong communication skills, dynamic, software development, agency, dedicated, innovative, digital, solutions, culture, talent, building, new business, setter, front, business growth, outbound sales, tools, apollo, linkedin, sales, hubspot, client, base, research, reach, email, cold, calls, service, schedule, senior, marketing, content, support, campaigns, performance, messaging, communication, business development, lead generation, platforms, verbal communication, technology, part, impact, open, ideas, personal mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
