. Accountability for Operations (LHE, PEW and ISB) regarding service levels, service efficiency & performance

. To ensure operational costs are managed efficiently in line with budgetary requirements
. Analyze and problem solve operational problems to maximize operational efficiency.
 Oversee timely and accurate movement of shipments and documentation.
 Ensure that employees comply with rate and service requirements established by customers.

. Must have strong interpersonal skills, process driven and customer focused.
 Formulate, establish operational policies and procedures.
 Liaison with all levels of management as needed to keep them appraised of operational matters

Job Specification

DMK Consultancy is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Assistant Manager Operations in the field of Management in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have mba qualification and atleast 9 years of experience. The position require operations, service, performance, line, problem, documentation, strong interpersonal skills, process, customer, policies, procedures, liaison, management, continuous improvement, waste mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
