Description

Assistant Project Manager’s responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintain flow of work with Project Manager and scheduling meetings as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Keep track of projects assigned.

- Keep track of projects completed or in progress.

- Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager orderly and efficiently.

- Generate reports every week to evaluate the performance of team.

- Communicate the exact tasks assigned to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Skills/Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in English (Written & Verbal).

- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides. - Highly organized and able to multitask. - Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).

- Basic knowledge of ASO, Google Ads, Keywords Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Google Admob, Unity will be a plus point.
