Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our Business functions with various tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience in client communications, project coordination, proposal writing, and business development strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a dynamic IT services company while contributing to the success of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Assist with preparing and sending client follow-up emails and proposals.

Help draft and manage project documentation (proposals, contracts, and agreements).

Coordinate meetings with clients and manage communication schedules.

Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and trends to support business development efforts.

Support the senior Business professionals with lead management tasks and CRM updates.

Assist in drafting presentations and reports for clients and internal meetings.

Maintain communication logs and keep track of client feedback and responses.

Handle administrative tasks related to project management and daily operations.

Learn and assist with the use of tools like ClickUp for task management, GChat for communication, and others.

Attend client meetings and take notes to help with follow-up tasks and action items.

Qualifications

Recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related fields.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and handle several tasks at once with attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Interest in IT, software development, and business consulting.

Knowledge of CRM tools and project management software (preferred but not required).
