Description

Communicate with clients regarding booking, tracking, and delivery of shipments.

Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal departments to manage shipments.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues efficiently.

Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.

Track and monitor shipments and proactively update customers.

Maintain accurate records in our logistics systems.

Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require tracking, internal, customer, shipping, documents, customs, monitor, logistics, compliance, regulations, policies, communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
