Description

Position Overview:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and industry trends within the US construction sector.
• Generate high-quality leads through various methods, including cold calling, LinkedIn, digital marketing, and email marketing.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their unique needs.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of business development/sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Effectively manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, estimating, and takeoff services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
