Digital Gravity is #hiring a – Business Development Manager for its #karachi office in the Morning shift am to pm.


As a business development manager, you will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers of different companies and closing new high-ticket sales, managing the pipeline of your deals in CRM, reporting to the management, and implementing new closing strategies.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

● Making relationships with decision-makers through virtual meetings, emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp
● Working in close collaboration with the internal sales team
● Creating and implementing consistent follow-up strategies
● Explaining and showing updated services provided by us
● Developing good relationships with clients by making them feel comfortable and knowledgeable about our products
● Keeping track of every interaction with the clients on CRM
● Preparing reports and giving feedback on the existing pipeline of deals
● Upselling, negotiating contracts for better offers, and giving good service to the clients
● Creating day-to-day goals and working on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require digital, hiring, business development manager, office, closing, sales, pipeline, reporting, management, phone, calls, collaboration, internal, feedback, upselling, contracts, service, design, communication, verbal, dedicated, learning, development mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
