Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the logistics industry. This role is critical in connecting the company with corporate clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and approach prospective corporate clients to promote and sell the company’s logistics services.

Research client needs, industry trends, and competitors to develop tailored solutions.

Create and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to close deals effectively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement client-focused campaigns.

Attend industry events, expos, and networking sessions to expand professional connections.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s offerings and market them effectively.

Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely support and solutions.

Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and feedback for management.

Analyze market trends and data to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
