Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated Calling Agents to join our team and drive business growth through cold calling, and sales outreach. As a calling agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, and converting leads into valuable business opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients.
Generate and qualify B B sales leads through strategic communication.
Present and promote our IT solutions effectively to decision-makers.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and handle objections professionally.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Essential Requirements:
Fixed Afternoon Shifts ( : pm – : pm). Monday to Saturday Shift ( : pm - : pm)
Candidates should have sound knowledge of using a computer, internet, and also Microsoft Excel & Word
Candidates with a proactive approach, good communication, and English language skills are preferred.
Experienced Call Centre professionals are also encouraged to apply.
