Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, engaging them in conversation, and promoting products or services. The goal is to generate leads, schedule appointments, and drive sales opportunities. A successful Call Center Agent will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and the ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

Introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and answer customer queries.

Engage potential customers and build rapport to encourage interest and open conversation.

Qualify leads based on their interest and needs.

Set appointments for sales teams or transfer calls to appropriate departments.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Handle customer objections and rejections with professionalism and persistence.

Provide feedback to management on customer interactions, common concerns, and potential improvements.

Follow scripts and guidelines, but adapt to customer responses to maximize engagement.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in a call center or sales environment, preferably in cold calling or telemarketing will be a Plus point

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Basic computer skills

Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently.

English Language

Fresher can also apply!

Preferred Skills:

Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service will be a plus point.

Familiarity with sales scripts and techniques will be a plus point.

Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
