Title: Call Center Agent

eZhire Private Limited is a car rental company based in UAE and currently looking for Customer Support/Client services Agents for its Karachi office.

Education: O/A Level/Intermediate/Bachelors in any field

Experience: Min months to -year experience in relevant field.

Job responsibilities and skills:

Fluent written and excellent English language skills. The calls will be to & from the Middle East and the candidate should be able to understand different accents.

Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel bookings, or obtain details of complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, process bookings, forms, and applications.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
