Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Telesales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with US-based businesses over the phone and offer them the digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for digital marketing.

• Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses.
• Present and promote digital marketing services and graphic designing, including SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and other related services..
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services.
• Deal the customers efficiently and close the sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing.
• Ability to work the night shift ( : PM - : AM) from Monday to Friday.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
