Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer-Focused Chat Support Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inquiries across various social media platforms, engaging with customers, and converting these interactions into sales. Your primary goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through chat on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate and relevant product/service information.
Build relationships with potential customers by addressing their needs and questions.
Identify sales opportunities and use consultative selling techniques to close deals.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
Process orders, track customer requests, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends and customer behavior to improve engagement strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in social media environments).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and chat tools for professional purposes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and online sales processes.

Job Specification

Redific Digitals is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Chat Support Agent in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have matric to intermediate qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require chat, support, sales representative, sales, social media, platforms, providing, closing mandatory skills. This is a Part-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 75k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
