Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Chat Support Executive to connect with clients, boost sales, and build online communities on Discord, Twitter, and Twitch.

What You’ll Do:

• Chat with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships and keep clients engaged with regular updates.
• Meet monthly sales targets and identify upsell opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Freshers or up to months of experience.
• Passion for digital art, gaming, or design industries.
• Familiarity with Discord, Twitter, and Twitch.
• Great communication and a client-focused attitude.
