Description

BPOXpert is looking for Female Client Coordinator to assist its Sales Team.

Roles/Responsibilities:

 Analyze Market Research and Assist with Client Acquisition.
 Using available contact resources on internet to contact clients.
 Coordinate the production of client-facing marketing materials.
 Assist the Sales Team by providing client information.
 Schedule meetings with clients.
 Maintain Record of Contact with clients.
 Act as Liaison between Company and clients.
 Documenting every contact with clients.
 Handle incoming/outgoing telephone calls, emails, letters and messages from clients.
 Compile and maintain client specific data in form of reports.
Requirements:
 A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
 Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
 Prior administrative or client services experience is preferred.
 A professional and friendly demeanor.
 Have a keen eye for detail.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Excellent English communication.
 Ability to manage and present data.
 Connection building on LinkedIn.

Job Specification

BPOXpert is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Client Coordinator in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require client coordinator, market research, client acquisition, internet, marketing, materials, schedule, liaison, telephone, calls, computer skills, microsoft, office, written communication, english, communication, building, linkedin mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 35k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
