*Job Description:*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and setting appointments through effective cold calling techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections with professionalism.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our products or services.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information to persuade them to take the next step.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm during calls.
- Manage and update the CRM system with call details and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Provide feedback to the sales team to improve the effectiveness of our sales efforts.
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts ( : PM - : AM).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to handle objections.
- Good command of the English language.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
