Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Cold Calling Expert dedicated to generating qualified leads and scheduling demos with small- to mid-sized healthcare clinics across the US. The ideal candidate will leverage outstanding cold calling skills, impeccable American-accented communication, and a results-driven mindset to effectively pitch CareHub’s back-office services.

Key Responsibilities:

High-Volume Outreach: Conduct + outbound calls daily to healthcare decision-makers (clinic owners, administrators, practice managers).

Demo Scheduling: Meet or exceed the target of booking at least qualified demos per month for CareHub’s medical back-office solutions.

CRM Management: Accurately update call dispositions, manage follow-ups, and track progress using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive).

Communication Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional verbal skills and a clear, convincing American accent to engage prospects effectively.

Collaboration: Seamlessly coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.

Availability: Work aligned with US business hours ( PM – AM PST).

Core Service Offerings to Pitch:

Medical Billing & Coding: Highlight streamlined claims processing, precise procedure coding, and accelerated reimbursements.

Insurance Verification & Prior Authorizations: Emphasize reduced claim denials through accurate patient benefit confirmations and treatment pre-approvals.

Appointment Scheduling & Patient Follow-Up: Showcase improved clinic operations via efficient scheduling, automated reminders, and reduced no-show rates.

Virtual Administrative Support: Present the benefits of reducing clinic workload through remote administrative support, including phone management, patient onboarding, and data entry.

Compensation Structure:

Base Monthly Salary: PKR K– K (based on experience).

Performance Bonuses:

Tier ( – Demos): Base salary only.

Tier ( – Demos): $ bonus per additional demo booked.

Tier ( + Demos): $ bonus per demo from the th demo onward.

Example:

demos booked: ( demos × $ ) = $ bonus

demos booked: ( demos × $ ) + ( demos × $ ) = $ bonus

Qualifications:

– years of proven success in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales, preferably targeting US markets.

Mandatory strong American accent with exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

Experience or familiarity with healthcare services or healthcare sales preferred.

Proven ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is required..

Role Utilization:

Dedicated outreach to the US healthcare market, pitching CareHub’s comprehensive back-office services including RPM and CCM.

Drive consistent pipeline growth through focused daily calling.

Seamless handoff of qualified demos to specialized teams to enhance client engagement and conversion.

Ongoing professional training and coaching will be provided to refine skills and enhance conversion effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast 4 years of experience.
