Job Summary:
As a team member of SandLab Production department you are responsible to do research on industry topics and trends, optimize content for organic search, revise and edit pieces, and collaborate with other writers and marketers to ensure brand consistency. Additionally, you need to be creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Write content that promotes our products and services
Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
Conduct in-depth research and convey findings with accuracy
Revise and edit content before publication
Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
Stay current on marketing and general industry trends to augment content development
Work with content strategists to build editorial calendars
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in branding, style, and messaging
Apart from this you are responsible to perform any other tasks assigned by the management or the Team lead.
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in Journalism, English, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing or related field
Requirements:
Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively to produce high-quality deliverables.
- years of experience in a professional writing environment
Demonstrated ability to write on a professional level (writing samples needed)
An understanding of Internet search and an ability to learn more about it
Increase website traffic by following SEO best practices
Complete writing assignments within project specifications and deadlines
Proven ability to work in MS Word, Google docs
Salary will be determined based on your experience and interview results, with no upper limit.

"Kindly note that, for training purposes, you will need to work the : AM to : PM shift for a period of time. Once management determines that you are ready to handle deliverables independently, you will transition to the second shift, as previously mentioned.
