SA- Ceramics Pvt Ltd is hiring Costing Manager

Experience: - years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or a related role.

Qualification: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).

Salary: Market Competitive

Location: Head Office, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective costing systems and procedures.

• Analyze production costs, identify variances, and recommend cost-saving strategies.

• Prepare cost estimates for new products and projects.

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to gather cost data and ensure accuracy.

• Monitor and report on cost performance and profitability metrics.

• Conduct regular reviews of cost structures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all costing activities.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
