Description

• Grow sales: increase the frequency and number of orders, expand the customer base in existing and new locations.

• Establish and maintain client relationships through regular contact and visits to their locations.

• Directly manage key accounts, and cooperating with the Sales team in-order to achieve Annual Targets.

• Develop sales propositions and promotions to the market.

• Travel to and participate in Group Sales & Marketing meetings Country-wide.

• Develop the strategy for the local market in coordination with local Sales team region-wise.

• Recruit and manage additional field sales representatives to cover territories

• Set and achieve annual sales targets and objectives.

• Become responsible for its overall management including the recruitment of Sales staff.
