SV International Ltd offers a variety of On Demand and Contract based Onsite IT Support Services to its Worldwide clients. We have expertise in the field of Break Fix and Installations for EUC and Data Centres, IMAC for EUC and Data Centres, IT Asset Disposal (ITAD), Site Surveys and Installations, Stock Inventory and Audits, Wireless Site Surveys including Active and Passive Surveys, Staff Augmentation and Deployments & Roll Outs of Hardware and Software.

We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development/ Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of motivation, organization, and creativity, eagerly embracing the challenges inherent in expanding our clientele through strategic sales initiatives.
Job Description:
Business Development Executive responsibilities include:
 Proactively generate new business opportunities through sales efforts.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
 Clearing out LinkedIn messages, strong follow up
 Maintaining conversation with existing prospects over LinkedIn and WhatsApp or on other company platform
 Aligning meetings
 Calling leads for intro to agile
 Updating lead gen sheets and portals
 Communicating with prospects via email
 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
 Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
 Promotes the company's products and services.
 Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
 Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
 Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and potential area for expansion.
 Excel in negotiation techniques, effectively closing business deals to drive company growth and success.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 Proven track record in business development, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
 Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
 Prior experience with CRM software and sales analytics’ tools is a plus.
