Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as BPO Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional care they deserve. You will handle outgoing calls, addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally answer client calls.
