Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least - years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Quality Rapid Services is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Service (CSR) in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation, intermediate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require people, phone, email, chat, product pricing, availability, internal, data entry, platforms, verbal, interpersonal skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
