Description

• Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls

• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered an edge.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require marketing, csr, large, incoming, calls, sales, build, trust, customer, open, communication, customer service, handling, customer complaints, solutions, time, resolution, process, documents, procedures, policies, sales coordinator, edge, computer skills, ms office, english, verbal, written communication, bache mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 1 to 1 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
