Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Software Customer Support Executive in the day shift. If you are fluent in English, possess excellent writing, listening, and speaking skills, and have a Bachelor's degree, we encourage you to apply!
- Provide ERP technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Assist clients with ERP software implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct software training sessions for clients, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve software issues and enhance product functionality.
- Document client inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the JIRA ticketing system.
- Stay up-to-date with product features, industry trends, and best practices.
- Assist in testing software updates and new releases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of years of proven work experience in ERP software support and implementation.
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical background and understanding of ERP software applications with knowledge of basic accounting as well.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
- Able to work both night and day shifts when required.

Office Automation Services is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Support Executive in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor's qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require dedicated, software, customer support executive, fluent, writing, technical support, phone, email, software implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, training, group, development, product, client, jira, ticketing, system, industry, testing, computer science, field, software support, implementation, verbal, written communication, technical, basic, accounting, analytical skills, customer service mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 50k to 65k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
