Description

• Assist customers in resolving queries pertaining to electronic transfer of funds.
• Assist in process of all documents required to perform transactions.
• Analyze customers' concern with resolutions within timeframe.
• Coordinate inbound customers' inquiries and provide resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge on customers’ requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide guidelines to customers according to the set procedures and regulations.
• Refer unresolved customers grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

ibex. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Support Specialist - Lahore in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate/ a level/ bachelor's qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require customer-support, communication, flexibility, time-management, createprocess mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 50k to 75k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
