- Answering clients about all technical support questions
- Processing requests
- Supporting the Company's good image
- To process client's request and solve issues via live chat and email by navigating through these programs while paying attention to accuracy and details
- To escalate the issues of customers to technical staff
- To update clients on their request status accordingly
- To check the orders placed by customers, track them and send completion notices to clients
- To respond to all the tickets generated by clients
- To understand the Company's business functions & client needs
- To achieve KPI targets set by the manager
- To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
- Proven prior experience as Customers Services Representator
- Very good oral and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customers’ service orientation
- Self-motivated and highly reliable
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
Job Specification
DigitalBuns is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customers' Service Representative in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require support, issue resolution, communication, technical support, processing, process, chat, email, technical, business, client, verbal communication, negotiation skills, troubleshooting, service, orientation, administration mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
