Description

• Accessing data, constructing, and manipulating large datasets to support planned analyses.
• Doing data analytics and converting data into meaningful information for management.
• Designing and developing BI dashboards using BI software.
• Create the documentation and presentation for the management under the supervision of senior staff
• Develop analysis and reporting capabilities; monitor performance and quality control plan to identify improvements.
• Responsible for data quality and timely delivery of reports that make common business sense
• Participate in analytics & reporting training to evangelize data across the organization
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present data in a simple and straightforward way
• Extract raw data from numerous data sources and aggregate it into cohesive data sets to ensure data is accurate and stable.
• Make sure that data collection procedures are in line with all relevant rules and guidelines
• Diagnose data-related bugs and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
• Communicate the status of assignments promptly and concisely.

Qualification and Experience 

• ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• + years’ work experience in analytics, having closely worked with product and commercials in an e-commerce company (Will be preferred)
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in SQL
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc).
