JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible to enter data onto the trial database in accordance with the protocol and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Undergo training in the protocol, trial procedures, and GCP
Travel to trial clinic sites in Karachi
Review Case Report Forms (CRF) and other trial documents
Enter data into the Clinical Trial Data Base (CTDB)
Perform corrections in the CTDB following safety data reconciliation upon request of the Data Manager or Study Coordinator
Ensure data quality is of a high standard
Record source data
Support the Site Clinical Investigator or the delegated Site Clinician with data recording and entry into the eCRF
Enter the treatment outcomes from the source document in the eCRF
Assist with additional tasks as agreed upon with study management
Attend regular meetings with the endTB trial team
