Description:

As a Node.js Developer, you will work closely with the development team to build server-side applications and APIs, ensuring high performance and scalability. Your primary focus will be on Node.js backend development, but you may also collaborate on front-end tasks.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance server-side applications using Node.js.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Design and implement APIs to support front-end functionality.

Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES +), Node.js, and frameworks such as Express.js.

Experience with database management systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is an advantage.

Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

Ability to write efficient and reusable code.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Science or Related Field

Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Experience with serverless architecture.
