Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and designing posts, producing engaging videos, managing advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance. You will play a critical role in boosting our brand’s visibility across all digital platforms and delivering high-quality content that aligns with our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation and Design:

Design visually appealing and professional posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

Create short videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) to increase engagement and reach.

Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

- Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a content strategy for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Schedule and monitor posts to ensure consistent engagement and growth.

Actively interact with followers and respond to inquiries professionally.

-Advertising Campaign Management:

Plan and execute effective ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Optimize ad performance to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Enhance website content and blogs to improve search engine rankings.

Research and implement relevant keywords to drive organic traffic.

- Digital Strategy Development:

Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to generate new ideas.

- Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance.

Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

- Experience:

Minimum of years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Proven track record in content creation, including video editing.

- Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Expertise in managing ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.

Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and tools.
