The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the following areas:
- Comprehensive experience in managing local and international travel arrangements, including visa processing and related logistics.
- Experience in registering the company with relevant corporate bodies and maintaining compliance.
- Capable of managing the Director's protocol and related responsibilities with the highest level of professionalism.
- Skilled in managing and processing all types of bills documentation.
- Proficiency in handling all administrative and secretarial tasks, including the generation of various reports.
- Strong ability to oversee and maintain discipline and housekeeping standards across office floors.

Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Executive Secretary in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have b.a/mba qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require business, administration, interpersonal skills, communication skills, travel, schedule, phone, calls, research, travel arrangements, problem, executive, market, local, international travel, visa processing, logistics, compliance, documentation, handling, housekeeping mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 80k to 80k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
