Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with extensive experience in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our client base in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, promoting our services, and negotiating successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and approach potential clients in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, focusing on industries with high growth potential.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to target businesses in the GCC market.
Present compelling service proposals and demonstrate how our solutions address client needs.

- Market Research and Analysis:
Analyze the market landscape in Saudi Arabia and the UAE to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Stay informed about client industries and their evolving challenges.

- Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Lead negotiations with potential clients to finalize service agreements.
Ensure all contracts and agreements align with company goals and client expectations.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and leverage campaigns to attract clients.
Provide feedback to improve service offerings based on client insights.

- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Set clear sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to improve strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience:
Minimum of years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Saudi Arabia or UAE markets.
Proven track record in acquiring and retaining clients and meeting revenue goals.

- Skills:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian and UAE business landscapes.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Technical Knowledge:
Experience in the digital marketing or automation sectors is highly desirable.
