Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure timely shipments.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and trade laws.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to relevant departments.
- Maintain strong communication with international clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and bank negotiations.
- Assist in preparing reports on export performance, costs, and logistics efficiency.
- Support the sales team in export-related inquiries and documentation.
Job Specification
Pakson International is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Export Coordinator in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Gujranwala - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bba / mba qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require export documentation, origin, freight, shipping, customs, compliance, export, regulations, trade, monitor, providing, communication, international clients, regulatory, credit, documentation, performance, logistics, support mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
