Description

Skills & Education:

• ACCA or CA finalist
• years + experience in costing and financial analysis
• Can take initiative and a problem solver
• Attention to detail and desire to probe the extracted data
• Proficient in XERO and handling foreign clients will be a plus
• Time management and prioritizing will be key to success in the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Suppliers in US / UK / Canada / Australia, negotiating and finalizing terms & payments.
• Evaluating and managing the company’s capital structure and proposing effective policies for expansion.
• Interpret and analyze account statements and ensure all accounts are regular and running
• Fortnightly reporting and forecasting sales by extracting data from international buyers and suppliers.
• Handling overseas remittances reconciling in coordination with local account officer and making required adjustments
• Cost and Inventory management, including job-costing, effective inventory costing to maximize profit margin.
• Inventory management, including but not limited to forecasting and allocating stocks strategically to each region according to previous financial results, particularly sales forecast.
• Communicating with financial institutions including overseas banks, credit management keeping track of credit lines, timely loan repayments and ensuring the company has always a good credit rating.
• Expense management for foreign clients, including but not limited to Insurances, utilities, loan instalments, payroll, overheads, wages/salaries etc.
• Cash flow management, planning, analyzing, forecasting the company’s cash flow, and budgeting on fortnightly basis.
• Preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial statements in compliance with internal control and statutory requirement.
