Job description/ Responsibilities:
· Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
· Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
· Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy
· Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Provide secretarial services.
· Know how to place all files in order &keep orientation of the data up to date.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
· Any other job/s entrusted by the Management from time to time.

The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 2 years of experience.
