POSITION CODE: HRD-PC/SD-

DEPARTMENT: Finance

JOB GRADE TITLE: Manager

REPORTING TO: Site Project Director

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time Regular (Open-ended)

LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible for managing financial reports of the project. S/he will be required to work closely with the supervisor to improve overall internal processes and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project reporting on monthly basis by th of following month.

Analytically review project reports before sharing with project team.

Preparing financial reports and financial reconciliations to the grantor(s) as per their specific format as mentioned in the grant contract.

Review of budgets and forecasts.

Timely resolution of queries pertaining to expense reports.

Any other task assigned by the line-manager.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

Masters' degree in Finance & Accounting

Certification - ACCA/CA
