Summary

We are excited to welcome a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to our team. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited professional experience who are eager to grow their skills and contribute to our dynamic creative projects. You will work closely with business and marketing team members to create visually compelling designs that support our marketing and branding efforts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Design Creation: Assist in developing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials,blog content and featured images , and website visuals. Follow design briefs and project specifications provided by senior designers.

Collaboration:Work with the team to understand project requirements, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute to the creative process. Provide support in executing design ideas and making revisions based on feedback.

Brand Support:Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and media.

Learning and Growth: Take initiative to learn new design tools, techniques, and industry trends. Seek feedback and actively engage in opportunities for professional development.

File Management: Organize and manage design files, including asset libraries and project documents, to ensure efficient workflow and easy access.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills

Software Knowledge:Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design tools. Experience with Sketch or Figma is a plus.

Creativity:Demonstrated creativity and a strong interest in design. Ability to produce original and visually appealing designs, even at an entry level.

Attention to Detail:Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work. Ability to follow design guidelines and maintain consistency.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and interpret feedback effectively.

Time Management:Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Knowledge: Should adhere technical knowledge so that is able to understand the content better and also having gamer knowledge would be a plus.
