We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer.
She will be responsible for below mentioned tasks.
Welcome all guests.
Escort guests to their relationship officer
Note the client details
Forward client to relationship officer
Maintain client data.
Address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator good listener.
Your goal will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves and plan to come back to our facilities.

Chughtaiz Private Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Guest Relation Officer ( Female ) in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have preferred bachelor of mass communication or bsc/ba in hospitality management. qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require guest, relationship, client, complaints, make, communication, fluent, computer literacy, proficiency in english, an outgoing personality mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
