Description

• Lead and manage the Business Intelligence and Analytics team, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive BI and analytics strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish robust data collection methodologies to measure and track business performance across various functions, including sales, production, supply chain, and customer behavior.
• Design and maintain a cutting-edge data infrastructure, encompassing data warehouses, data marts, and reporting tools, to support our organization's evolving analytical needs.
• Oversee the collection, integration, validation, and analysis of data from diverse sources to generate actionable insights, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions and reporting frameworks.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive analytics and machine learning, to uncover valuable patterns, trends, and opportunities for our organization.
• Develop and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate data-driven insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in BI, analytics, and data visualization, providing recommendations for innovative solutions and tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through the implementation of robust data governance practices and quality control measures.
• Collaborate closely with our IT teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the availability and reliability of our data systems.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to data privacy, data protection, and information security.

• Strong expertise in BI concepts, methodologies, and tools, including data warehousing, ETL processes, data visualization, reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced analytics techniques.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Excel, and statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations from complex datasets.
• Sound understanding of textile industry processes, such as supply chain management, production planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in data governance, data quality management, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) would be advantageous.
