Description
- Strategize, develop and ensure implementation of policies on various HR processes; Recruitment & Selection, Performance management, Compensation & benefits, Payroll Management, Training & Development, Employee engagement programs and other HR matters, in-line with business needs.
- Lead the development and execution of Human Resources strategic and annual plans in alignment with the organizational goals, and mission.
- Strategize polices and supervise all Administrative operations of the company; Fleet Management, Vendor Management, Development work, Health & Safety matters.
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance so that they are efficient, accurate, timely, and responsive.
- Represent company on various platforms whenever required.
- Lead and mentor team in execution of day to day operations
