Description

• Timely status update on fleet book i.e. driver call ups & notification at b/d.
• Check daily & monthly truck performance and production analysis and reconciliation.
• Overall fleet management and productivity, ensuring maximum output.
• Approve Journey sheets, Operations Fueling.
• Responsible for Driver motivation and discipline.
• Ensure implementation of E.H.S programs for drivers and trucks.
• Coordinate with Admin Manager to ensure renewal of all licenses, insurances, permits etc in time.
• Functional contact with the workshop manager & stores in charge in regards to fleet maintenance.
• Follow workshop through fleet coordinators on priority trucks.
• Responsible for timely dispatch of spares to branches.
• Shall ensure staff in the department are trained
• Perform any other task that shall be assigned by management
• Review daily truck movement and production report with fleet coordinator
• Approve operations mileages expenses and local purchase order
• Work odd hours to ensure optimum fleet movement and sales target achievement
• Handle customer complaints, enforce corrective actions and ensure customer complete satisfaction.
• Routine contact with clients.
• Responsible for driver motivation and discipline.
• Confirm correctness of sales invoices.
• Perform Administrative correspondence.
