Description

JOB CODE: HRD-PC/TD-

• Delegating tasks and supervising Helpline Operators.
• Monitoring the Helpline team’s performance.
• Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them.
• Ensure teams’ professional development.
• Completing paperwork, including review of daily work sheets.
• Review and ensure quality of data that is being updated.
• Handling complaints (from both staff and customers).
• Keep a check and balance of tasks at hand, and deliverables are met timely.
• Reporting to senior management / personnel when required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

• Must have excellent Communication Skills.
• Data Management/Validation Skills.
• Excellent data entry skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is a must.
• Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
• High Organizational Skills.
• Ability to oversee a large team.
