Key Responsibilities:


Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and professional demeanor. Provide personalized service and make guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.

Reservation Management: Manage and coordinate reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient seating arrangements. Handle special requests and accommodate guest preferences with attention to detail.

Seating Arrangements: Assign tables in accordance with guest preferences and restaurant flow. Maintain an organized and efficient seating chart to optimize table turnover and minimize wait times.

Communication: Liaise effectively with the dining room staff and management to ensure smooth operations. Communicate guest needs and any special instructions to the serving team.

Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed guest expectations and handle any issues with grace and poise.

Ambiance Maintenance: Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and presented to the highest standards. Assist in maintaining the restaurant's overall ambiance and adherence to fine dining etiquette.

Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative tasks as required, such as maintaining reservation records and managing waitlists.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Hostess in a fine dining establishment. Proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a luxury dining environment.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Hamdan Global is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Host/Hostess in the field of Other in one of their office located in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have high school qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require reception, professional, service, make, management, seating, guest, tables, restaurant, flow, turnover, room, staff, operations, maintenance, area, standards, basic, reservation, hostess, luxury, communication skills, setting mandatory skills. This is a Part-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 2k to 2k (SAR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
