Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and managing job postings.
- Support HR operations and documentation.
-Proficient in using Microsoft office.
- Leverage LinkedIn to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Participate in various HR projects, gaining hands-on experience in HR practices.
-Work closely with the recruiting manager.
