Description
Looking to hire an HR intern with a bachelor's degree in human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR and be eager to learn and grow in the field.
- Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR policies
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
- Assist with organizing HR events and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
