Description

We need a HR manager, who with relevant experience and strong academic background could add value to the organization w.r.t -

a. Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

b. Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

c. Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

d. The one who prepares organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.


Qualifications Required -

• He/She should have strong interpersonal skills and should be a good team player
• He/She should have very strong communication skills
• He/She should have minimum - months of experience in the related profile.
• He/She should have analytical skills and problem solving abilities
• MBA or postgraduate degree shall be very helpful
