Description

Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating as per requirements; 
Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.

Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, and employee benefits. 
Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Administering discipline in work hours, compensation and benefits
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organisational objectives.
Guides management and employees by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organizational values.
Sound knowledge of staff augmentation services and client management skills
Excellent communication skills is a must
